What You Need To Make a Difference:
- 50% ServiceNow Solution Architecture & Design
- Design scalable, robust, and secure solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements for EnergyNow projects and other cross-functional initiatives.
- Serve as the primary technical expert on ServiceNow, analyzing the functionality and constraints of solutions across multiple systems to ensure compatibility and interoperability.
- Develop and maintain the strategic technical roadmap for the ServiceNow platform, aligning it with the goals of the Service Automation department.
- Evaluate and recommend recent ServiceNow features and third-party integrations to enhance platform capabilities and address business needs.
- 30% Platform Development & Operations
- Utilize scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell) and APIs to build custom integrations and automate processes.
- Manage and troubleshoot complex technical issues on the platform to ensure high availability and performance for critical operations.
- Implement and manage DevOps practices,
including CI/CD pipelines, for consistent and reliable ServiceNow deployments.
- 20% Technical Governance & Mentorship
- Establish and enforce development standards, best practices, and governance policies for the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Coach, mentor, and review the work of junior developers and administrators to build technical expertise within the team.
- Manage the technical aspects of projects, working independently with limited supervision to ensure successful delivery.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for architectural designs, development standards, and complex configurations.
