We are seeking a dynamic and creative SMO Executive to join our digital marketing team. You will help manage and grow our clients' social media presence, create engaging content, optimize posts for better reach and engagement, and support overall digital marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in social platforms who is eager to learn advanced strategies and contribute to brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality posts, stories, reels, carousels, and short videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, or InShot.
- Optimize social media profiles (bios, highlights, pinned posts) and content for maximum visibility, engagement, and algorithm performance.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to suggest timely and relevant content ideas.
- Engage with audiences — respond to comments, DMs, queries, and build community interactions.
- Run basic organic growth tactics (e.g.,



hashtag research, posting at peak times, cross-promotion).
- Assist in planning and executing small social media campaigns, contests, giveaways, or collaborations.
- Track and report key metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, clicks) using platform analytics and tools like Meta Business Suite.
- Support paid social ads setup/monitoring (basic level — under guidance) if required.
- Collaborate with content writers, graphic designers, and SEO team for integrated campaigns.
- Perform basic SMO tasks to drive traffic, leads, and brand awareness.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6 months - 1 year of practical experience in handling social media accounts (personal, freelance, internship, or skilled).
- Strong knowledge of major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging ones like TikTok/Reels.
