Job Title: Telecaller - Marketing Department

Job Summary:
Harsha Institutions is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Telecaller to support the Marketing Department. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting prospective students and parents, providing course information, generating admissions leads, and coordinating with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the provided database.
- Provide detailed information about courses, facilities, fee structure, and admission procedures.
- Generate and maintain quality leads for admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-up details.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Admissions team regarding walk-ins and counseling schedules.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to queries in a professional manner.




- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and admission targets.
- Update and maintain student database and reports.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and admission drives when required.

Required Skills:
- Valuable communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Pleasant voice and positive attitude.

Qualification:
- PUC / Any Graduate (preferred).
- Experience in telecalling, marketing, or admissions is an added advantage.

Experience:
- 0-2 years (Freshers can also apply).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
