Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and monitor vital signs
- Assist doctors during procedures and rounds
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Ensure infection control and safety protocols
- Handle emergency situations efficiently
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM qualification
- Valid Maharashtra Nursing Council registration
- Minimum 1 year experience preferred (Freshers can apply)
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
Preferred Skills:
- ICU / OT / Labour Room experience is an advantage
- Strong teamwork and patient care attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
