About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Digital Marketing Trainee to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in digital marketing and gain hands-on experience in SEO, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Manage and grow social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Support SEO activities including keyword research and on-page optimization
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console:
- Assist in running paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or pursuing)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Positive written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Creative thinking and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills
- Certification in digital marketing
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools
- Understanding of content writing principles
- Familiarity with WordPress or website CMS
