Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Train students in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel DRAW, and other design software.
- Deliver high-quality lectures.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and course materials.
- Guide students on design projects and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay up to date with current industry trends and technologies.
- Evaluate students’ progress through assessments and portfolio reviews.
- Help in designing curriculum and training modules based on industry needs.
- Support in student placement or freelancing guidance when needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in graphic design or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Good understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, branding, and UI basics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior teaching or mentoring experience is a plus.
- A strong portfolio of design work.
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
