Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets within assigned hospital accounts and healthcare facilities.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical sales presentations tailored to the needs of medical professionals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospital administrators, doctors, pharmacists, and procurement teams through proactive account management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing,



and terms to secure favorable agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and offering technical support when needed.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and analysis using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, medical sales, or pharmaceutical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in product demos, technical sales, and outside sales environments.
