- Career Guidance & Counseling: Assessing student needs, academic backgrounds, and goals to recommend suitable educational programs, providing personalized, skilled, and friendly advice.
- Marketing & Outreach: Collaborating with marketing teams to promote programs, attending seminars/workshops, and identifying referral opportunities to expand the sales pipeline.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Using CRM tools to maintain, track, and update student data, ensuring high-quality service and follow-up.
