Job Title: Process Trainer

Location: Bangalore, India

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct process and sales training for new joiners and existing team members
- Train teams on admission counselling, sales processes, lead handling, and CRM usage
- Develop and update SOPs, training manuals, scripts, and process documents
- Monitor trainee performance and conduct refresher training as required
- Work closely with Operations, and Sales teams to improve performance and conversions
- Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills




- Good understanding of sales, counselling, or customer interaction processes
- Ability to handle new joiner batches and drive performance improvement
- Analytical mindset to identify gaps and suggest corrective actions

We are open to applicants with prior experience in training, business development, academic counselling, teaching or mentoring roles, including Process Trainers, Teacher and Senior Business Development Executives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
