We are seeking a Architect to support the design and detailing of our modular homes and outdoor living environments.

Role overview

You will assist senior architects and designers in developing drawings, models, and presentations for passive-house modular homes and integrated outdoor spaces using our proprietary system and product range.

Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing architectural plans, sections, elevations, and details for our modules and layouts.
- Develop 3D models and views to visualize interior spaces, façades, and outdoor living areas.
- Support space planning for compact modular homes, including bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and lounge/dining zones.
- Coordinate layouts that integrate Boca Chica outdoor products such as dining tables, sofas, daybeds, fireplaces, planters, and BBQ units.
- Prepare technical drawings and schedules for wall panels, doors, windows, fitouts, and finishes in line with prefab construction details.
- Compile presentation decks, mood boards, and option studies for client discussions and internal reviews.
- Assist in redlining,



updating, and organizing drawing sets throughout the design and construction documentation stages.
- Liaise with consultants and internal teams (engineering, product, sales) to gather inputs and incorporate feedback into drawings.

Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp for 2D drafting and 3D modelling; familiarity with rendering tools is a plus.
- Ability to interpret and develop architectural details for modular construction, envelopes, and fitouts (walls, insulation, membranes, windows, doors).
- Basic understanding of passive-house and sustainable design principles such as thermal insulation, airtightness, and high-performance glazing.
- Valuable sense of space planning, proportion, and human-centric design for compact interiors and outdoor lounges/dining areas.
- Strong drafting standards
