Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns (print ads, hoardings, flyers, brochures, banners, etc.)
- Organize and manage events, exhibitions, roadshows, seminars, and promotional activities
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, media agencies, and event partners
- Manage distribution of marketing materials and promotional merchandise
- Conduct market research to identify new offline marketing opportunities
- Track and analyse the performance of offline campaigns
- Coordinate with the sales team to support lead generation activities
- Ensure brand consistency across all offline marketing materials
- Manage marketing budgets and control campaign costs
- Prepare reports on campaign performance and ROI
- Review and Coordination of NPD projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,
Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in offline/traditional marketing (experience level can be adjusted)
- Robust communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Vendor management and negotiation skills
- Understanding of branding and marketing principles
- Willingness to travel for events and field activities Preferred Skills
- Experience in event management or BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing
- Knowledge of local markets and consumer behaviour
- Basic MS Excel and reporting skills
