Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Intern who is enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students seeking hands-on experience in customer support, communication, and service operations.
The intern will assist the team in handling author queries and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support & Coordination:Help resolve basic concerns related to publishing services, timelines, and submissions by coordinating with internal teams.
- Documentation:Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update internal systems regularly.
- Process Understanding:Learn and understand the publishing workflow to guide authors effectively.
- Feedback Collection:Collect author feedback and share insights with the team to help improve service quality.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Freshers are welcome (prior internship or customer-handling experience is a plus)
Skills Required:
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- Positive attitude, empathy, and willingness to learn
