Job Title: Event Mixologist - Delhi/NCR:
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve a wide array of classic and contemporary cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages with precision and flair.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Set up and break down portable bar stations efficiently, ensuring all necessary equipment, ingredients, and garnishes are readily available.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic bar area throughout the event, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory of spirits, liqueurs, mixers, and garnishes, reporting stock levels and potential shortages to the event manager.
- Collaborate effectively with event staff, including servers,



chefs, and planners, to ensure seamless event execution.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, if required, and process orders efficiently.
- Develop and customize drink menus for specific events, considering themes, client preferences, and seasonal ingredients.
- Demonstrate creativity in developing current and unique drink recipes to enhance the event experience.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service practices are followed at all times.
- Travel to various event locations within Delhi/NCR as per event schedule.
