Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with marketing goals
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, blogs, videos)
- Manage platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube
- Monitor social media trends, healthcare updates, and competitor activity
- Respond to comments, messages, and patient inquiries in a timely and skilled manner
- Collaborate with doctors, medical staff, and the marketing team for content creation
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns
- Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
- Prepare monthly performance reports and recommendations
- Ensure all content complies with healthcare regulations and brand guidelines

Required Qualifications




- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in social media management (healthcare industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools
- Experience with paid advertising campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Knowledge of healthcare marketing compliance is a plus
