Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery products
- Explain product details such as gold purity, diamond quality, pricing, and offers
- Achieve monthly and daily sales targets
- Handle billing and payment processes
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and product display
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Follow up with customers for promotions and recent arrivals
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality and presentable appearance
- Basic knowledge of gold, diamonds, and gemstones (preferred)
- Sales experience (2-5 years preferred, freshers can apply)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
