Role Overview

We are hiring a full time in-house content creator who can build our digital presence daily.

This role requires:
- Daily shoots
- Daily Instagram stories
- Styling-focused content
- Strong wedding function storytelling

You are not just creating content.

You are building brand perception.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily in-store shoots
- Create high-quality Instagram stories consistently
- Conceptualize engagement, bridesmaid & cocktail styling content
- Develop creative campaign ideas for launches & festive drops
- Maintain premium, elegant visual language
- Write hooks, captions & story-driven scripts




- Track engagement performance and improve consistently
- Coordinate with store team for smooth shoot execution
- Strong understanding of wedding function fashion
- Knows how engagement styling differs from cocktail & bridesmaid looks
- Confident directing and/or facing camera
- Understands aesthetics, lighting & framing
- Active Instagram user
- Fast execution mindset
- High ownership & accountability

- You need step-by-step instructions daily
- You are uncomfortable with daily shoots
- You don’t understand premium positioning
- You think content is random posting

Performance Expectations

Compensation

Fixed Salary + Growth Incentives

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
