We are looking for a Counsellor Monitoring & Digital Support Intern who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with digital tools. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in grassroots work and wants hands-on exposure to monitoring activities while supporting digital data collection and communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Call families in sehore for feedback
- Explore AI videos to ensure QA for Saarthi team and Anganwadi workers
- Support monitoring activities by collecting, organizing, and updating field data
- Assist in creating and managing Google Forms and Google Sheets:
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with field teams and beneficiaries (Hindi is essential)
- Support coordination between field teams and the central team
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and reports

Qualification:Psychology background with interest in technology





Required Skills:
- Explicit, empathetic, and respectful communication skills
- Fluency in Hindi (mandatory)
- Basic digital skills, including:
- Google Forms
- Google Sheets
- Basic familiarity with AI tools (training/support can be provided)
- Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience is not mandatory:
- Rural field exposure or interest in community-based work is preferred
