Architect is responsible for designing functional, secure, and pleasing buildings and spaces. They collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop concepts into detailed plans and oversee construction to ensure projects meet specifications, regulations, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand project requirements, goals, and budget
- Develop design concepts, sketches, and detailed architectural drawings
- Use design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Prepare cost estimates and project timelines
- Coordinate with engineers, interior designers, and contractors
- Visit construction sites to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy
- Modify designs based on feedback or site conditions
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals

Required Qualifications




- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes and construction methods
- Proficiency in architectural design software
- Excellent drawing, visualization, and presentation skills
