We are looking for experienced US Freight Brokers to join our growing logistics operations team. The role involves managing end-to-end freight movement, negotiating rates, building carrier relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source & book loads via load boards and direct shippers
- Negotiate competitive freight rates to maximize margins
- Track & trace shipments for on-time delivery
- Manage documentation & resolve service issues
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly revenue targets
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in US Freight Brokering
- Hands-on experience with DAT Freight & Analytics & Truckstop
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Comfortable in a target-driven workplace
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
