Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, layouts, and 3D concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare working drawings, detailed plans, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with structural consultants, MEP consultants, and site engineers.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, municipal approvals, and safety norms.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure execution as per design specifications.
- Assist in obtaining approvals from authorities (Municipal Corporation, Fire, Environmental, etc.).
- Manage BOQs and material specifications in coordination with the Quantity Surveyor.
- Review contractor work and provide design clarifications when required.
- Ensure optimal space utilization, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness.
- Participate in client meetings and present architectural proposals when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)
- Registered with Council of Architecture (preferred)
- 3-7 years of experience in real estate/residential projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, or similar design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and construction processes
