We are looking for a driven US IT Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience to join our talent acquisition team. You’ll be responsible for finding and hiring top-tier tech talent for our US-based clients. If you have a "hunter" mindset and understand the nuances of the US staffing market, we want to talk to you.
What You Will Do
- Screen: Conduct phone interviews to assess technical depth, communication skills, and reliability.
- Negotiate: Discuss pay rates (W2, C2C, or 1099) and manage expectations.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Exactly 1-2 years in US IT Staffing (required).
- Technical Literacy: You know the difference between Java and JavaScript, and you understand the SDLC.
- Communication: Fluent English with the ability to build rapport with US-based professionals.
- Work Ethic:
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment during US business hours.
- Tools: Experience with an ATS (like Ceipal, Bullhorn, or JobDiva) is a major plus.
