CIVIL & MEP
- Location: seawoodNavi Mumbai & Powai Location.
- Qualification: Diploma in Civil & Diploma in Electrical
- Experience: Projects Work Minimum 3-4 year
- Salary: ₹38k to 40k (in-hand)
Eligibility Criterion:
a. Minimum 3-4 experience in civil finishing and MEP execution/maintenance in big projects
b. Diploma/graduate in civil/mechanical/electrical trade
c. Valuable hands on experience at ground level execution & attending breakdowns
d. Experience of residential site is preferred
e. Should have ability to manage ground manpower and get the work executed with in targeted timelines
f. Should be well versed in tackling emergency situation
g. Have fair communication skills for maintaining site reports of ground works
Job Role-
- The Supervisor will be responsible for on-site oversight of Plumbers, MST, Carpenters, Painters, and Masons.
- In addition to monitoring their work, the Supervisor will address and resolve any complaints or issues raised by these trades people.
- This includes troubleshooting problems, mediating conflicts, and ensuring that the team members receive the necessary support to maintain the quality and progress of the project.
- The Supervisor will also document complaints and ensure timely resolution, promoting a smooth workflow across all tasks.
- He should have in depth knowledge of on ground execution work.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
