Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the standalone pharmacy store
- Pitch and promote diagnostic services to walk-in customers
- Ensure prescription conversion and service upselling
- Handle customer queries related to diagnostic tests
- Achieve monthly sales and diagnostic targets
- Conduct follow-up calls and maintain customer database
- Maintain proper documentation and coordination with internal teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Phlebotomist
- Good knowledge of diagnostic tests and medical terminology
- Robust communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented and comfortable with calling
- Basic computer knowledge
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
