Operations Executivefor a US-based Liaison Office

Shift: Night (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM in Summer, 7:30 PM to 4:30 PM in Winter)

would be responsible for managing various aspects. including style generation, costing, item generation, raising purchase orders (POs)

Data update, Preparing and maintaining detailed documentation and reports. Proficiency in ERP and MS Office

Key Responsibilities:
- Update product data entry in ERP including styles, colours, sizes, UPC codes).
- Maintain accurate costing sheets by adding FOB values (freight on board)
- Updating price tickets.
- Prepare and issue production Purchase Orders (POs)through ERP.
- Monitor PO approvals, confirmations, and changes.
- Ensure correct mapping of style costs, trim layout, labels, packaging, and FOB.
- Review trim layouts and ensure correct approvals.
- Generate and assign UPCs / barcodes for each style-colour-size combination.
- Ensure accuracy of item coding for smooth retail operations.
- Coordinated with teams to ensure accurate product information, smooth production, and on-time delivery.

Order Management:



Significant and Main Task
- Receive, review, and process customer orders, ensuring they comply with terms and agreements.
- Coordinate with the sales, inventory, and logistics teams to confirm product availability and delivery timelines.
- Ensure proper documentation for each order (e.g., purchase orders, sales agreements).
- Order Fulfillment & Shipment Coordination:
- Track and manage the order fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to manage shipping details and address any delays or issues.
- Communicate with customers about delivery schedules, tracking information, and potential delays.
