Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform tissue processing and cell separation as per established laboratory protocols.
- Assist surgeons during treatment/therapy procedures in OT or clinical settings.
- Plan and set up specified procedures, ensuring all materials and equipment are prepared in advance.
- Coordinate with patients regarding therapy schedules, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Maintain proper documentation and administrative records.
- Monitor, maintain, and manage inventory of lab consumables and medical equipment.
- Ensure proper sterilization and compliance with healthcare safety standards.
- Meet and coordinate with healthcare professionals to explain therapy processes and provide technical support.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and quality guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- M.Pharm
- M.Sc.
in Biotechnology / Microbiology / Life Sciences
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may apply.
- Prior experience in tissue processing, stem cell handling, or clinical support will be an added advantage.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and aseptic handling.
- Good understanding of clinical procedures and healthcare protocols.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in OT and clinical environments.
- Good documentation and administrative abilities.
- Willingness to travel (if required).
