Location: VIP Road, Visakhapatnam
Timings: Full-time (11:00 AM - 9:30 PM)
Salary: Based on experience + incentives

Weekends will be working and Weekday will holiday.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the play zone.
- Supervise floor staff and maintain safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service — assist parents and kids with care and enthusiasm.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Support birthday parties, events, and special activities on the floor.
- Promote membership plans, offers, and food combos to guests.
- Maintain daily reports and coordinate with management.
- Business Development: Support revenue growth by approaching schools for day-outs,



coordinating kids’ events and summer workshops, and assisting in planning and execution of institutional and group programs.
- Inventory Management: Streamline, monitor, and regularly check inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment and avoid shortages.

Requirements:
- Solid leadership and communication skills.
- Energetic, child-friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to manage staff and multitask efficiently.
- Must work on weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
