v Job Title:Real Estate Sales & Marketing Executive

v Location: Sonarpur, Kamalgazi.

v Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement field sales strategies to achieve project sales targets.

2. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of field sales executives.

3. Identify and approach potential clients through direct field visits, networking, and lead generation activities.

4. Plan and execute marketing activities such as site visits, promotional events, roadshows, and exhibitions.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and deploy local marketing campaigns (digital and offline).

6. Develop deep market intelligence by researching competitors, property trends, pricing, and demand-supply dynamics.

7. Build strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and other third-party agencies.

8. Ensure timely reporting of sales metrics, forecasts, and market feedback to the senior management team.

9. Assist in pricing strategy, promotional offers, and negotiation with clients to close deals.

10.



Conduct regular training sessions for the field sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.

11. Manage client communications, including presentations, meetings, and after-sales service.

v Requirements:
1. Strong understanding of the real estate market, sales techniques, and customer behavior.

2. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

3. Proficient in MS Office.

4. Ability to work under pressure.

5. Own conveyance (preferred).
