Intern Architect & Project Coordinator: From Vision to Reality
At Jolly Healthcare, we are transforming our Jaipur office into a space that reflects our core values of purpose and hands-on learning. We are looking for a resourceful Intern Architect for a 2-3 month engagement who doesn't just want to draw—but wants to build.
You will assist in managing a comprehensive renovation including:
- Structural & Interior Redo: Overseeing office renovations and structural modifications.
- Accommodation & Wellness: Redesigning guest rooms, restrooms, and staff accommodations to ensure dignity and utility.
- Execution Leadership: Serving as the bridge between the Architect’s 2D/3D renders and the contractors on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Assist in managing site contractors and laborers to ensure work aligns with finalized designs.
- Quality Stewardship: Conduct periodic reviews of tile work, fixtures, and furniture assembly to maintain high standards.
- Material Selection: Work with the lead architect on the selection of finishes, wallpapers, and artifacts.
- In office Problem Solving: Support the coordination of site supervisors to keep the project on its 2-3 month timeline.
Who You Are
- A Final Year Architecture Student or Recent Graduate based in (or willing to be in) Jaipur.
- Someone who finds joy in the "craft" of building and isn't afraid to be on-site daily.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and translating them for ground-level execution.
- Driven by ambition, humility, and a desire to see a project through to the finish line.
