Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs
- Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups
- Conduct reference checks and assist with offer negotiations
- Maintain and update Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Meet hiring deadlines and recruitment targets
- Track and report recruitment metrics

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2-5 years of recruiting experience (non-IT preferred)
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment channels
- Experience using job portals and ATS systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple job requisitions
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay: ₹18,610.36 - ₹40,000.00 per month
