Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fieldwork to establish tie-ups and collaborations with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions for classroom training and internships.
- Handle phone calls to counsel students, understand their interests and educational backgrounds, and suggest suitable IT training courses.
- Engage with potential customers in person and over the phone to promote Millennium’s IT training programs and build brand presence.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the education and corporate sectors.
- Provide regular updates on marketing activities and contribute to campaign strategies.
- Represent the institute professionally in all interactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in field marketing, business development, sales, or counseling (preferably in the education sector).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English and Telugu.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven with a passion for meeting targets.
- Knowledge of the vizag market and local educational institutions is a plus.
