Job Description:
- Oversee end-to-end operations of multiple premium salon outlets within the assigned cluster
- Lead, coach, and inspire Salon Managers, Senior Stylists, and Front-of-House teams
- Ensure recruitment, onboarding, and continuous skill enhancement aligned with luxury standards
- Oversee premium product inventory, retail performance, and shrinkage control
- Champion exceptional guest journeys and personalized service across salons
- Monitor guest feedback, reviews, and loyalty metrics to enhance satisfaction and retention
- Achieve revenue, average ticket size, and service mix targets
- Revenue growth & profitability per salon
- Graduate / MBA in Business, Hospitality, or Luxury Retail Management preferred
- 6-10 years of experience in luxury salon, spa, retail, or hospitality operations
- Minimum 3-4 years managing multiple premium outlets:
- Solid aesthetic sense and understanding of luxury service expectations
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
- Looking for immediate joiners.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
