Job Title: Medical Equipment Sales Executive - Government / GEM Tenders

Location: Gandhinagar, Kudasan

Reporting To: Sales / Tender Manager
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or Business Administration.
Experience:1 to 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:
1. Tender & Government Sales Management:
- Monitor and identify relevant GEM and other government tenders for medical equipment.
- Prepare, review, and submit tender documents in compliance with government regulations.
- Liaise with government officials and hospital procurement teams for clarifications and follow-ups.

2. Sales & Business Development:
- Promote medical equipment to government hospitals, healthcare institutions, and other tender clients.
- Generate leads through GEM and other government procurement portals.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations aligned with tender requirements.

3. Documentation & Compliance:
- Ensure all tender submissions meet legal and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of submitted tenders, follow-ups,



and client communications.
- Assist in preparing reports on tender outcomes and sales performance.

4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build robust relationships with key government stakeholders and hospital decision-makers.
- Provide product information, after-sales support, and training where required.

5. Team Coordination & Reporting:
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, technical) to ensure smooth order execution.
- Report weekly/monthly progress of tender submissions, wins, and follow-ups to management.

Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of government tendering rules and compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
- Target-driven, organized, and able to work under deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with government and hospital officials.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.
