Key Responsibility

The Project Engineering Lead will be responsible for leading a team of project engineers to

ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective project execution. The role requires technical

expertise, leadership, and coordination with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to

drive project success. Specialised in Pipe fitting projects.
- Must be experienced in piping work (MS/GI).
- Has to supervise the fabrication team and achieve the target.
- Lead and mentor the team of Project Engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify, assess, and raise red flags proactively to mitigate project risks and delays.




- Provide technical support and guidance during project execution to resolve on-site

challenges.
- Participate in the finalisation and sourcing of subcontractors in coordination with the

procurement and sourcing teams.
- Monitor and review the progress of sites during execution to ensure adherence to

design, quality, and schedule.
- Conduct regular site visits and engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and

address technical concerns.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure smooth project delivery and

compliance with company standards.
- Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
