We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Site Supervisor (Civil) with 0-1 year of experience to oversee civil construction activities at site. Fresh civil engineering graduates or diploma holders with basic site knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the site
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and suppliers
- Monitor material usage and report shortages or requirements
- Maintain daily site progress reports and labor attendance
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and site regulations
- Assist senior engineers and project managers in site operations
- Identify and report site issues, delays, or quality concerns
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering:
- Fresher to 1 year of experience in civil construction or site supervision
- Basic knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools
- Ability to read basic drawings and plans
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to site conditions
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
