We are looking for fresh graduates (female) from Kochi who liked to start their career in Customer support-Tele calling.

Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and customer-focused Support Executive fluent in Hindi and

technical support, and resolve issues related to vehicle tracking devices efficiently. This role

requires excellent communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to build and

maintain positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Share feedback to help improve products and services.
- Educate customers on features and benefits of vehicle tracking solutions.

Requirements:




- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in Malayalam or Tamil
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Must be ready for immediate joining.
- Must be ready to work from our office in Kalamassery.

Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support or a technical helpdesk role.
- Experience in the vehicle tracking or telematics industry is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
