Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture on patients using appropriate techniques, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the procedure.
- Verify patient identities and accurately label blood samples to prevent errors in processing.
- Follow established protocols and procedures for collecting, handling, and transporting specimens to the laboratory.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of phlebotomy equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with infection control standards.
- Educate patients about the phlebotomy process, including any necessary preparations or precautions.
- Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a courteous and respectful manner, providing explicit explanations as needed.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
