Key Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Conduct user research and translate insights into user-focused designs
- Create clean, modern UI designs aligned with Billcut’s brand identity
- Work closely with developers to ensure smooth design implementation
- Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
- Maintain and enhance design systems and UI standards
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools:
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and developer handoff processes
- Familiarity with user research and usability testing tools
