Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert counselling to students on study abroad options including course selection, universities, countries, and career pathways
- Guide students on country selection (UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.) based on eligibility and goals
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, universities, and partners
- Mentor and support junior counsellors and help achieve team targets
- 2-6+ years of experience in overseas education counselling
- Strong knowledge of international education systems and visa processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple student cases independently
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and closing skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling Europe, UK, or Italy admissions
- Team-handling or mentoring experience
- Strong student conversion and visa success record
