Order & Vendor Operations Coordinator (Drop Shipping - Home Renovation)

Job Summary

We are seeking an Order & Vendor Operations Coordinator to manage customer orders from placement through delivery in a drop-ship fulfillment model. This role works closely with vendors, freight carriers, and internal sales teams to ensure accurate inventory management, reliable lead times, and on-time delivery of home renovation and remodeling products sold through Shopify.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage orders placed through Shopify
- Verify inventory availability and manage vendor stock levels
- Coordinate with vendors on lead times, order confirmations, and shipment readiness
- Schedule and track shipments with freight carriers
- Communicate order status, inventory constraints,



and ETAs to Sales Account Managers
- Resolve fulfillment, inventory, and shipping issues proactively

Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in order management, operations, or supply chain
- Experience working with drop-ship vendors preferred
- Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with Odoo or other ERP Operations Platform for tracking orders/shipments.
- Solid communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Experience in home improvement, renovation, or building materials a plus
