We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who can turn strategy into measurable growth through data-driven paid campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other performance channels
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and scale high-performing campaigns
- Continuously improve ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions through testing and optimization
- Track funnels, pixels, and analytics to ensure accurate performance measurement
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-impact, conversion-focused campaigns




- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to deliver consistent results

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, tracking pixels, and analytics tools:
- Data-driven mindset with creative thinking
- Ability to manage ad budgets and achieve performance goals
- Good communication and teamwork skills
