About the role:
We are looking for an Aptitude Skills Trainer who can prepare students to confidently crack aptitude assessments conducted by companies during campus placements. The role focuses on building conceptual clarity, speed, accuracy, and problem-solving strategies across Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Reasoning, and Logical Reasoning. This is not just about shortcuts, it’s about helping students think better, solve smarter, and perform under time pressure.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree: Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Management, or related fields
- 2-6 years of experience in: Colleges, coaching institutes, EdTech platforms, or corporate L&D;
- Prior experience in Exam Prep as Aptitude trainer would be an added bonus.
- Any relevant aptitude training certifications are a plus, but not mandatory.

Desired Skills & Competencies
- Strong command over Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Reasoning.
- Ability to explain complex problems in a simple, relatable manner.
- High classroom energy and robust problem-solving mindset.




- Comfort with digital tools, online testing platforms, and Excel-based analysis.
- Student-centric, patient, and results-driven approach

Classroom Delivery & Training through engaging sessions on:
- Quantitative Aptitude: Arithmetic, Algebra, Number Systems, Data Interpretation
- Logical Reasoning: Analytical reasoning, puzzles, arrangements, patterns
- Verbal Reasoning: Critical reasoning, sentence correction, reading-based reasoning
- Train students across varied academic backgrounds and skill levels.
- Use step-by-step explanations, multiple solving approaches, and timed practice.
- Conduct practice sheets, quizzes, sectional tests, and full-length mock assessments.

Student Mentoring & Feedback
- Offer doubt-clearing and remedial sessions
- Mentor students struggling with math anxiety or reasoning concepts. Assessment & Progress Tracking
