External Job Description:
Job Purpose

Business Responsibility Areas:
- Evaluation of new processes/equipment for colourant processing. Scale-up of the same on the shop floor.
- Benchmarking of competition colorants
- Resolution of production issues on the shop floor by visiting plant.
- Redressal of complaints within agreed timelines
- will include analysis and correction.
- Visit to DTS dealers to understand market trends and practices. Audit the DTS at dealers.

Key performance Indicators:
- Creative zeal & Scientific rigor-Current colorant development and property enhancement/ cost optimization in existing products as agreed with marketing and SCRC.
- Creative zeal & Scientific rigor -Support engineering and plant team on implementation of new process/equipment.

Role Requirements / Specifications

Qualifications

Preferably MSc (Chemistry) if not B. Tech (Paint Technology)

Previous Experience

1- 3 years’ experience in handling Product development teams and execution of projects independently

Functional Competencies

Should be conversant Paint formulations, Latest Market trends, Manufacturing process and standards referred.
