Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify property owners, builders, and developers for partnership
- Onboard properties and manage them as a sales partner
- Generate and handle buyer leads
- Conduct property site visits with clients
- Explain property details and benefits to potential buyers
- Negotiate pricing and finalize deals
- Maintain relationships with property partners and clients
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
- Confident and skilled personality
- Self-motivated and target-oriented

Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales required

Compensation:
- Fixed salary: ₹20,000 to 25,000 per month + Incentives
- Performance-based incentives

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:
- 25% (preferred)
