About the Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Intern / Fresher who is curious, analytical, and obsessed with numbers, creatives, and results.

This role is for someone who doesn’t just want to _run ads_—but wants to understand why ads work, why they fail, and how to scale them.

You’ll work directly on real client accounts, not dummy campaigns.

What You’ll Do
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
- Research audiences, competitors, and creatives before launching campaigns
- Monitor daily performance metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions
- Test ad creatives, copies, and landing pages (A/B testing)
- Create performance reports and insights (what worked, what didn’t, why)
- Learn funnel-based marketing: lead gen, remarketing, scaling strategies
- Coordinate with content, design, and SEO teams for better campaign results

What We’re Looking For




- Solid interest in performance marketing, growth marketing, or paid ads:
- Basic understanding (or strong willingness to learn) Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Comfortable with numbers, Excel/Google Sheets, and analytics
- Logical thinker who asks _“why”_ before _“how”_
- Ability to work from office and collaborate with the team
- Bonus: Any hands-on experience, course, certification, or personal project
