Job Title: MIS Executive

Location: Kolkata - Salt Lake Sector V (Work from Office)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year MIS experience (on papers), preferably in BPO

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for operations and management

Maintain accurate data records related to performance, productivity, attendance, and SLAs

Analyze data and generate actionable insights for process improvement

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting

Coordinate with operations, HR, and quality teams for data validation

Manage dashboards and trackers using Excel and reporting tools

Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis requests

Minimum 1 year of MIS experience in a BPO environment (mandatory

Good understanding of reporting formats and business metrics

Graduate preferred
