Skyline Infra Solutions is expanding its retail presence, and we are looking for a polite, presentable, and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant. In this role, you will be the face of our showroom, guiding customers through our range of solar and infrastructure products and ensuring a great purchase experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Greeting: Warmly welcome walk-in customers and inquire about their requirements.
- Product Demonstration: Explain the features and benefits of our solar products (panels, inverters, lights) and other infrastructure materials to customers.
- Sales & Billing: Assist customers in selecting the right products, prepare quotations, and handle basic billing/invoicing.
- Showroom Maintenance: Ensure products are neatly displayed, clean, and organized to maintain a professional showroom appearance.
- Inventory Checks: Monitor stock levels on the floor and inform the manager when items need restocking.
- Follow-up:
Answer phone inquiries and follow up with interested customers who visited the store.
Who Can Apply:
- Experience: Freshers are welcome Previous experience in retail or shop sales is a bonus.
- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Skills:
- Friendly and polite nature.
- Good verbal communication in Hindi (English is a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge (for billing and inventory).
- Availability: Must be available to work during standard showroom hours (e.g., 10 AM - 7 PM).
