Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable jewellery designs.
- Provide detailed product knowledge on gold, diamond, silver, and precious stone jewellery.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets on a daily and monthly basis.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processes accurately.
- Ensure proper display, merchandising, and cleanliness of jewellery showcases.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and inventory.
- Coordinate with the backend team for stock movement, repairs, and custom orders.
- Adhere to company policies, store SOPs, and security guidelines.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.

Required Skills & Competencies




- Proven experience in retail sales with recognized jewellery brands.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of jewellery valuation, purity, and certification.
- Customer-focused with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.

Educational Qualification
- Minimum: Higher Secondary / Graduate (preferred)
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in branded jewellery retail.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and confident personality.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and during festive seasons.
