Job Overview
We are hiring an Amazon Marketplace Executive to manage and support Amazon marketplace operations for a UK-based client. The role involves handling customer queries, managing product listings, processing orders and returns, and supporting day-to-day marketplace activities.
Basic and up-to-date IT hardware knowledge is mandatory, with familiarity with current products available in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon marketplace operations for a UK-based client account
- Respond to customer queries professionally and within defined timelines
- Handle basic product and technical queries related to computer hardware
- Add, update, and maintain product listings on Amazon Seller Central through the client portal
- Manage orders,
cancellations, returns, and coordinate related activities
- Maintain accurate records and support smooth marketplace operations using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of PCs, computer hardware, and related components (processors, motherboards, RAM, storage, GPUs, peripherals, etc.)
- Good written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or other e-commerce platforms (preferred)
- Willingness to work shift-based schedules aligned with UK business hours
