We are looking for an enthusiastic and design minded Architect who must have the B. Arch Degree with 4 years of work experience. Majorly office related working and weekly site visits to check and progress and quality of work.
Key Responsibility Areas
1. Check measurement drawings before starting the work
2. Discuss and create moodboards as per client requirements
3. Discuss and create 3D with principle designer/s.
4. Drawings issuance as per checklists.
5. Continuous Learning and Skill Development in recent design software, materials, and sustainable practices.
7. Creating a clean 3D and rendering it.
8. Overall checking of designs & checking. 9. Overall project management. 9. Inspect speed, time, issue, and daily work execution.
10. Preparing BOQ's as per standards and this experience is a must.
They must be using following software like
- 1) AutoCAD
2) Sketchup
3) Lumion
4) MS office
They must attain skills like
- 1) Material checking Knowledge
2) Preparing Estimation & BOQ (Bill of Quotation) for client
