Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and well-organized Sales Coordinator to handle customer coordination, sales support, and dispatch activities. The role also includes managing and following up on IndiaMART and YouTube inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers for inquiries, orders, and delivery updates
- Handle and follow up on IndiaMART & YouTube inquiries:
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and related documentation
- Manage sales and dispatch coordination to ensure timely deliveries
- Coordinate with internal departments like sales, production, and logistics
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, orders, and dispatch details
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Any graduate degree is required
- Engineering experience is mandatory:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or similar role
- Experience in handling online inquiries (IndiaMART / YouTube preferred)
- Solid communication, coordination, and follow-up skills

- Must be willing to work at Por, Gujarat
Compensation
